@heresyourbite: Calabrian Shrimp Scampi 🌶️ Recently, I’ve been all about recipes that feel a little fancy but are secretly low-effort, and shrimp scampi is the definition of high payoff, low effort. It has just a handful of ingredients, comes together quickly, and alway makes dinner feel a little more special. This version gets an extra kick from Calabrian chilis, which melt into the lemony butter sauce and add just enough heat to wake things up a bit. I used a heaping tablespoon, but feel free to add more or less depending on your spice preference. You can even leave them out entirely if heat isn’t your thing.
