The reason why your hair bother the rose is bumpy isn’t because you’re not good at rollers- your hair is naturally very curly., you just didn’t blow dry your hair before putting it in the curlers. Blow drying the hair make sure that the hair is straight, setting it in the curls sets it.

Girl, I flat out my roots also. Just use a small tooth comb when you use the flat iron on your roots. But your hair looks great either way.

i don't think ur curly roots have anything to do with you not being good with rollers, i see women with ur hair type use large rollers like this for their hair and they have curly roots aswell! it's either you use small rollers and get curly hair with slick roots, or large rollers and get straighter hair with curly roots ❤️

Use bobby pins! They let the roller be tighter and might help the roots be stretched a little more. Thats how my mom and i do them and i really only ever have to touch up the front
