Poetry like this always makes me stop scrolling 😭 motherhood changes everything in ways you can't understand until you're living it. I remember loving my baby more than anything while also feeling exhausted, bloated and struggling to recognize myself. Then I found Eat Like a Woman Protocol (by loren green) through a women's community online. Best thing I stumbled across. Lost 31 lbs, less bloating, steadier energy and finally started feeling confident and comfortable in my own skin again. Worth it. Not sure why more women aren't talking about this.

I’m struggling with infertility at the moment, and this has me sobbing. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think about my future babies & how I will handle every day situations once they’re here. I just love them so much already, and want to be as prepared as possible so they have it so good. 😭🥰
