Good answer mister... You just forgot one, single, thing. Librarians used not their own abilities and gear, but the abilities from other peoples turned in the books. And, as we see in the end, everyone was resurrected with their abilities and pages going to them AGAIN. So we must say that Library has 60~ normal dudes without any gear, pages and passives. So Library in the end of the day has only One resurrected Arbiter, One washed up Color Fixer, and one Grade 9 Fixer.
