The problem is how many people did they have to ask to volunteer for the study… because I’m not even volunteering to be a part of anything… So if you have to ask 1000 people to participate and only 100 say yes and 67 shocked the guy the number is not 67% it’s .67 %

Actually, I have another angle as a contractor. We have to follow building codes all day long that we know are wrong. Example, spray foam insulation is the worst product and we have to use it to achieve the R value based on code and inspections

They made a movie about Stanley Milgram that covers this, The Experimenter. The calmness of the guy in the lab coat is the most chilling part. People were not really even pressured.
