Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F). 2. Microwave or bake the sweet potato until soft. 3. Add sweet potato to a bowl and mash until smooth. 4. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, egg and honey. 5. Mix until a thick brownie batter forms. 6. Transfer to a lined small baking dish or loaf tin. 7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. 8.
