Everyone thinks all we do is mow. I get retired guys all the time wanting to get a job mowing. Na, you gotta earn a mowing position. I have guys that have been busting ass on bunkers, sod work, spin trimming, and digging holes that get to mow before I bring someone in to do the light work.
