Gave up once I turned 18 and barely talk to my dad now. My life is filled with so much more peace not wondering if he's gonna call me, because I know he wont and I've accepted it 🙂↕️

Unfortunately she never will. I have to continue on, mourning a mother that is still alive. A mother that never checks in. A mother that acts like i don't exist. A mother that has made a whole new family, and doesn't want me to be apart of it. A mother that doesn't even know my favorite color, or my favorite show to watch, or even the type of music I listen to. I had a mom until I turned 17, so I guess I should be grateful for that. But life truly is depressing & sad, knowing i have a mom, who is a perfect stranger. Maybe one day I'll be good enough. Maybe one day she will love me again.
