One thing I love about Jesus is that he didn’t just love people when they had it all together he loved them in the middle of their mess. He sat with the broken, the rejected, the doubters, the sinners, and the outcasts. He saw people for who they could become not just who they were at that moment. When I read about Jesus I’m reminded that his love isn’t earned by perfection. He meets people where they are and then lovingly leads them somewhere better. “While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)

his unconditional love , his mercy 💪 he pulled me out the pulpit was suicidal an alcoholic drug user and marraiage was on the brink of divorce like Peter i focused on my storm and the waves of my life and sin coming crashing down i began to drown in my sin in alcohol yet there was a void in my heart i redirected my self and set my eyes on jesus! he reached down and pulled me right up im now sober my kids even see a difference in our family my oldest said momma im so happy your smiling more and not crying! now i have the amor of god on now im ready for the fight now i have the power of the holy spirit in me this time I will hold on to my faith and not let go!!!!

I love that no matter what Jesus choose to do his Father’s will. The one gift we are born with is free will. Outside of talents and physical or spiritual gifts. We have free will. It’s a gift no one can take from us. And when Jesus came down to earth and live as a human (was born in the flesh) he was also given free will. We as humans sometimes de-humanize Jesus when it comes to free will. We think that just because he lived a sinless life that he is excluded from the biggest temptation of the flesh free will. But what Jesus life really teaches us is. Our biggest temptation is also our strongest strength. "The flesh is weak, but the spirit is willing". We hear it all the time and forget the biggest component is WILL. Free will is our greatest power against all sin. Because like Jesus Christ our father in heaven gave us free will to choose him. We have free will to choose to do the Fathers will over our own. And that will always be my favorite thing about Jesus. That he perfectly demonstrated to us that free will is the greatest gift ever used. We just have to choose to use it for God. So if you’re ever struggling to pray, read your bible, live for God, or just simply doing the RIGHT thing. Just remember that you have free will. And I get it. Temptation is a strong thing. Mind you Temptation always passes. The devil promotes free will to use it against God and us. He uses free will to take our free will to love will God with all our heart, mind, body and soul. He uses to greatest gift to take our ability to follow the greatest command in the bible. So the next time your find it hard or feel like it’s impossible to choose God’s will over your own. Remember that you have all power and authority from your father in heaven to exercise FREE WILL! So use it to choose God. Because Jesus used his free will to choose you! I love you but God loves you more ❤️.
