are you ceiling slab penetrations and using Stego, Raven, etc.? I like the fact that you're starting with a passive system and if you have to go active then you're installing something that will eventually need repair.

Make sure you do not use a sump pump. then make sure you have proper drainage with weeping tile and down grade. Problem solved :)
