My husband told me he was craving spaghettios… not around here honey🍯 Mini Meatballs: -1 lb ground beef -1 tsp kosher salt -½ tsp black pepper -1 tsp paprika -1 tsp dried oregano -1 tsp dried thyme -1 tsp garlic powder -1 tsp onion powder -1 tsp dried parsley Pasta: -1 tbsp olive oil -½ small onion, diced -3 garlic cloves, minced -½ lb ring pasta (anelli) -2 cups chicken broth (plus more if needed) -1 cup heavy cream -2 cups marinara sauce -2 tbsp butter -2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving -Salt & black pepper, to taste -Fresh parsley, for serving 1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Lightly wet your hands and roll into small bite-sized meatballs. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally. They don’t need to be fully cooked through. Transfer to a plate. 3. In the same pan, sauté the diced onion for 3–4 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Stir in the ring pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for about 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a splash of extra broth if the pasta begins to absorb too much liquid before becoming tender. 5. Stir in the marinara sauce, butter, Parmesan cheese, and the browned meatballs. Continue cooking for another 3–5 minutes, until the pasta is al dente, the meatballs are cooked through, and the sauce is thick and creamy. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Finish with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley & enjoy!🤍 #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas #quickrecipes #husbandwife #homemadefood
