I’d like to hear your thoughts on training volume, specifically doing two versus three hard sets per exercise. Do you think doing only two hard sets can still produce good results, compared to doing three? Today I tried doing just two sets, and honestly it felt like something was missing, like I hadn’t trained enough. For context, by “hard sets” I mean sets taken close to failure.
