@maktehh: Before I fell in love with matcha, I was (and still AM) an iced & hot chocolate lover 🤎🍫 I came across this recipe shared by rumahkedaikuehraya_dekrir on Threads, and of course, I had to give it a try! I didn’t use the same brands as the original recipe. Instead, I used up some of my leftover baking ingredients. Superbake cocoa powder and dark chocolate chips 😂 The result? Absolutely heavenly. Rich, chocolatey, and SO GOOD🤤. I can definitely see myself making this again and again. Recipe: - 10g cocoa powder (originally Valrhona; I used Superbake) - 10g 70% dark chocolate (originally Callebaut; I used Superbake dark chocolate chips) - A pinch of salt - 20g condensed milk - 50ml warm fresh milk (I used full cream milk) - Mix everything together, then pour over 100ml milk and ice. Enjoy! 🤎✨
