Would you tear these up right now? 👀👇 ⸻ Ingredients Shrimp * 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined * 1 cup buttermilk * 1 cup flour * ½ cup cornstarch * 1 tsp paprika * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * Salt & pepper * Oil for frying Bang Bang Sauce * ½ cup mayo * ¼ cup sweet chili sauce * 1 tbsp sriracha * 1 tbsp honey Tacos * 6 small tortillas * Coleslaw mix * Fresh cilantro * Lime wedges ⸻ Instructions 1. In a bowl, soak shrimp in buttermilk for 15–20 minutes. 2. Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Coat shrimp in the flour mixture. 4. Fry at 350°F for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy. 5. Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey for the bang bang sauce. 6. Toss fried shrimp in half the sauce. 7. Warm tortillas. 8.
