I just won a game purely because I hard switched in staraptor to get the intimidate before he megas and then didn't mega myself so I wasnt weak to brave bird and ko'd back with my brave bird. feels good

I was already using a Choice Staraptor but with Brave bird, CC, Blaze Kick, that also works to counter Staraptor, making them have to either Go Raptor for raptor or just try and stall as long as possible to get their hp back

there's no need to do this. Just use max atk max speed jolly mega metagross (the best pokemon in champions) and outspeed and OHKO mega staraptor with psychic fangs.

Tip: worry seed whimsicott and I pair it with frosslass. If they have whim and staraptor, I can worry seed and he will weaken his own staraptor with charm. My whim have the flying berry so even if he braves bird he can’t do anything. I can tailwind and blizzard or moonblast blizzard
