My son comes ti my house to totally decompress. I picked him up the other day at 6. He was asleep by 730. Slept until noon the next day. He sleeps and rests with me. He regulates his nervous system when he comes with me.

That is so messed up. When my 2 year old grandson returns from his Dads. He’s tired, cranky, has tantrums. It literally breaks my heart. I wish I could fix it for him. Thank goodness he has an amazing mother that helps him to regulate his mood. And everything else in his little life.
