TimeWillOut :
A major fault of every american is the inability to 'see' through another lens. The difference is maturity. America has such a limited experience, and yet, like a spoiled child, believes, insists, and demands it is right, it can not make the cognitive leap to a mature way of thinking, it has never experienced it. China has that wisdom, not stored away, embedded in culture, daily life, in Confucianism. Every child grows surrounded by scripts that have stood the test of time, couplets, parables, stories, song, opera, on streets, walls, doorways, living rooms, classrooms, 1000s of years of wisdom before your eyes. Not idle, dynamic, with the key instruction firmly embedded from the master - learn. Taiwan is instructive, as the US frantically extorts moneys, expects reaction, overthinks, & forments lies, like that infant, we can imagine Beijing, cool, wise, quietly, 'It's okay, no rush, there is time, it will resolve.' Older states have that wisdom.
