this has been a thing since for like the last 10 years . yall are lateeeee and probably still infected rn lol. it gives you a big warning pop-up that says they cant gurantee your safety when running a application wallpaper and they make you accept it to run. between the warning and the common sense of running random exe's idk why everyone's so surprised.
