What Now :
My daughter is in this exact relationship now. They have been married for 8 years. He has cut off her employment, her friends, and her entire family. It is a no contact situation. She is only allowed to be around him, his friends, his family. I have no idea how to help her with no contact. There are 2 young children involved as well. It is so heartbreaking. I have no idea how to help her??

My sister is married to a man like this 😔 all of the struggling & pleading & gentle conversations & advice,,, it’s completely heartbreaking. I was in one myself so I know how hard it is to leave. Taking a step back from trying to convince her just makes me feel so helpless in protecting her :( I really appreciate the advice I just need to be a constant 💕
