I’m hourly and I’m willing to bet I’ll smoke just about every load pay guy for one reason and one reason alone !!!! The rack is the most dangerous place to be and I wanna get the fk outta there as fast as possible. Ain’t got nothing to do with money it’s all about safety and precision and efficiency

I will gladly have drivers walk that slow. if it means they are paying attention, minding their arms, and loading safely. It the couple of minutes out of traffic and out of the truck. Plus you never know how much pain that driver is in. Just get it done safely
