Quick, easy, and absolutely delicious! 😍🍜 Ingredients For the Chicken * 600g boneless chicken thighs, sliced * 2 tbsp oyster sauce * 1 and ¼ tbsp light soy sauce * ¼ to ½ tsp black pepper * ¼ tsp baking soda For the Noodles & Vegetables * 400g spaghetti * 200g cabbage, thinly sliced * 1 medium onion, thinly sliced * 1 cup carrots, julienned * 5 garlic cloves, minced * 5 green onions, chopped * 2 tbsp avocado oil (or any cooking oil) For the Sauce * 3 tbsp light soy sauce * 1 and ¼ tbsp dark soy sauce * 2 tbsp oyster sauce * 1 tbsp chicken stock (optional) or rice vinegar * 1 tbsp sugar * 2 tsp sesame oil Method 1. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a bowl, combine chicken with oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, and baking soda. Marinate for 10 minutes. 3. Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. 4. Heat oil in a large pan and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside. 5. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic for 1–2 minutes. 6. Add cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes. 7. Add the cooked spaghetti and chicken back to the pan. 8. Pour over the sauce and toss everything together until evenly coated. 9. Cook for another 2–3 minutes and serve hot.
