Uncommon thing to see a ground cable (PE) without a sleeve. In the Netherlands we use lose wires that are in a 16mm pipe or a 19mm pipe. We never use loose cables behind a wall.

Note that power wires are supposed to be vertical (or horizontal at around 30 cm height below the ceiling or above the floor). I recommend switching to NYM-J 3×2.5 mm² / 1.5mm² and not whatever weird stuff you were using there. Note that they should be coupled with an RCD according to current standards, not just regular fuses, and the fuses should be either 10 A for 1.5 mm² or 16 A for 2.5mm²
