Massage kích thích các mô mềm, giúp hệ bạch huyết và máu tuần hoàn tốt hơn, từ đó giảm sưng phù. 3. Xoa dịu các cơn đau cơ khớp: Đặc biệt là đau thần kinh tọa và đau lưng dưới. Khi bụng bầu to ra, trọng tâm cơ thể thay đổi khiến vùng lưng và hông phải chịu lực rất lớn. Việc giải tỏa căng thẳng ở các vùng cơ lân cận sẽ giúp giảm áp lực lên các dây thần kinh bám quanh. 4.
