“Hot Girl” has been around since the 80s. more importantly in the black community becoming extremely popularized by the “Hot Boyz” with a song called, “Hot Girl” - then Megan Thee Stallion being in and of the culture and also being adjacent to Louisiana (where the Hot Boyz originate) she started using the term “Hot Girl __” and popularized it in the late 2010s.
