Hey Toni, it’s me again haha. How would you say you figure out the assumptions you have about yourself that are causing the unwanted reflections from your SP? When someone stares at me I always find negative reasons why they must be staring at me. I have heard that I am ugly since I started high school ( almost 20 years) so many people have said it, even family so it’s stuck. Am trying to fix it
