This statement is someway …..I’ve an ex who works with a big company in Ghana ….whenever I need their services I call him …then he sends people to sort it for me ….not friends necessarily but we are not enemies…I feel there should be boundaries but not total strangers if this person can help you in some way

Just respect yourself enough whether you're a man or a woman to remember that they're an ex. What makes healthy friendships with exes seem impossible isn't the title of "ex"; it's failing to accept that the relationship has ended, lingering emotional attachments, unresolved issues, and weak boundaries. Once you truly move on and respect the new reality, there's nothing inherently wrong with being cordial or even friends with an ex. Boundaries are everything.
