The blue line is actually crossing below the orange line in this video where you say its crossing above. RSI and StochRSI do not measure overbought or oversold conditions, it measures extremes in price behaviour. But extremes in price behaviour dont tell a person anything without additional context. And that context is Volume and Volume delta. RSI can stay extended if Volume Delta keeps driving it there. Never use any form of RSI without volume context. It explains nothing that can be ascertained from looking at the price chart alone.
