I love this and totally agree around 8 years after studying reiki ago I was getting lots of messages in dreams and seeing higher beings in dream state. I also saw one in my 3d existence. it was about 3 foot and was just a bright light that formed. I screamed and it disappeared. since then they have backed off. I used to see their ships form as well as soon as I shut my eyes when going to sleep. their energy was also of such peace and love. I used to see geometric shapes too. I've not long been attuned to my masters reiki however I see nothing. I feel them during meditation and keep asking them to show themselves from a place of love. an medium said we experience what we are supposed to experience at that time. it's all part of our evolution

interesting stuff, its all about unlocking our consciousness and somehow lifting the vale that blocks us seeing and communicating with these beings. They say once you have had one experience you will have more so it must be a seeing is believing type of deal. Either that or they choose who sees them and when. Seek the truth and stay weird. 👍
