Stayed in Otsuka when I was there and it was great. Budget friendly and easy to get wherever we needed to go!

My problem is there are no decent hotels in these areas. And no, Omo5 and its sister properties are not good enough unfortunately. I do however like the idea of staying in lesser know areas
