I know the struggle of babyface, before the beard at 30 I went to buy a copy of Monster Hunter (rated 12) and I was asked for ID! A 30 year old being ID’d for a rated 12! Even with the beard many people assume I’m 10 years younger that I’m in my mid 20’s. It honestly gets annoying sometimes 😅😂

I don't know if you can relate but like when I was in college when I was in my teen years 16 it was literally like going to poundland and get a monster and then that was it but when I started creeping towards my 20s like it was out of the odd out of the blue "can we see your ID please" but because I was so used to being not asked for ID I hardly carried it but now because I'm in my 20s it's like once in a blue moon but now I carry my identification everywhere

I’m over 40. I can’t tell you the last time I was legitimately carded for something. I bought alcohol at the grocery store and it said the clerk had to check ID, and she looked me dead in the face and said “Yeah… “ and FROWNED. Milk it when you can and where it’s appropriate!
