You still gotta put concrete over it he can’t lay carpet on it. You can’t lay tile on it. You’d have to grout it for tile. You have to have nailers if you’re gonna put some sort of wood filler down over it it didn’t have nailers so that means you’re still gonna pour concrete on it. Not much difference.
