As much as I appreciate your work... The 1-1.5cm strength doesn't define quality of work imo. A board might look strong from the edges and be light at the middle. There's variation in casting because it is not a one time thing, the paramount thing that matters is the guashing and smoothen. Neatness is the Bane of a quality Pop work...
