Cooked pasta (for this amount I cook about a cup of uncooked pasta) I like to use the spiral pasta for this. 2 eggs Dash of milk Salt and pepper Some frozen peas (or any other pre cooked veggies you might have on hand) Parmesan cheese (you could use any but I feel like Parmesan gives it more flavour. Cook all together in a saucepan stirring constantly until egg is cooked or in the microwave and pull out every 30secs or so to give it a stir until the egg has cooked around the pasta.
