I won’t lie I pay my staff the minimum wage which is 70k, I wish I could do more, but my hands are tied, the only way I sleep at night it’s with the fact that they see good tips averaging 20k weekly and I intentionally leave some loopholes so they can still benefit on their own

when I was staying with my mum while she was alive, I was comfortable with 50k, I was going from kuje to gwarinpa on 50k.. but when she passed and I inherited responsibility, if you're not paying me from 200k remotely, I no dy work.... I have turned down a 250k job onsite because it wasn't making sense to me .... I have been at home since December last year and I never die.... I am flexible to a lot of jobs.... so you are right

100k Salary Sounds much until you start earning it. With this current economy salary shouldn't be paid according to qualifications and experience, it should start from the reality of today's economy. 100k Sounds more like a commission you earn from sales. At the end of the day, the salaries we receive is just our employers paying for the accommodations we rented and transport we spend to work for them.
