Since this was an overnight flight, I went straight to bed after takeoff, which we’ll cover in Part 3, and asked the crew to wake me up in time for breakfast. And they did exactly that. I started with one of the all day dining options, a fresh salad with strawberries and caramelized pecans, followed by a premium cheese platter served with crackers. Next came a selection of breads and croissants, before moving on to the main breakfast service. A hearty omelet served with sausages and spinach, accompanied by a smoothie and what felt like a nonstop supply of freshly brewed espresso throughout the flight. What impressed me most was the consistency. Every dish arrived beautifully presented, served at the right temperature, and delivered by a crew that was attentive from start to finish. For an airline operating its inaugural flight, everything felt remarkably polished.
