i have a lot of caffeine all the time… one time i had 4 redbulls in a day, whenever there’s a case of pop at home i drink the whole case within a week, and i could drink 5 cups of coffee😭

I enjoy coffee as a treat but for I have an energy drink everyday and that puts me at 300mg. There was a time where I was having double that each day and one day where I got no sleep I had 3 too quickly and borderline got caffeine poisoning so you have to be mindful but the threshold is actually pretty high

I’m pregnant so you know I have to stay at 200mg of caffeine but when I’m not pregnant I quit literally don’t care how much caffeine I consume 😂 I still drink at least 1 iced coffee a day while pregnant I usually get decaf unless I’m making my own coffee at home but this looks so good and I need to try
