You can put out candles with eye drops and not lose any sanity btw! :)

If the patient like glitching on camera or face to face, and also the different photo (example: diff ears, eyes, distorted camera). Is that count a patient or an anomaly? That's so confusing to me.

my tip (if your doing it solo) is to take as much coffee as you can so that you have a lot of coffee's and after that you'll just have to watch your sanity

Another tip, when the coffee is ready, take the coffee even if your sanity is over 70%+, store it for later so that the other players don’t have to wait so long for their coffee too when their sanity is too low, always have at least 2 coffees and a chocolate in your inventory
