i did try to get 1k em for him cause of his passive but i sacrifice atk and dendro dmg, and my charged attack sucks. I'll just go back with my old 4 pc wanderer set lolol cause of this.

i mean.. he’s functionally a split scaler. the damage of his charged attacks scales off of both atk (via mv) and em (via his passive). this is a game of semantics
