Yes!! Everyone’s life is different & in this economy having a roof over your head is a flex!!🙌 I love my apartment + having maintenance, no yard work, + not worrying if I need to replace a water heater or appliance. 💁♀️🏡🙌

Wait how did you get an apartment that you don’t hear neighbors? That was my biggest gripe when I rented a duplex- the neighbors! Could literally hear everything 😭

Omg this is perfect timing. I own a condo that I bought with super low interest rates but I am selling then going to rent. Even thought I have super low interest rate. The HOA has nearly tripled since I bought and the cost on maintenance is outta of this world. And I stress worrying when things will break

I bought at a very good time, my mortgage is low but the maintenance is insane, every day it is something, leaking roof, leaking toilet, keep up with the yard, hot water heater about to expire 😭

I love the low maintenance lifestyle of living in an apartment. However, the area that I live in there are no quiet ones. They are all noisy. I hate that! I work from home 50% of the time and I go to bed early too m, lol so I need quiet. How did you find a quiet one?
