i simply dont care what others say. I have only 1 life and I lead the way I want. so much so there are people who envy how I lead my life and that they regret marrying, having children, promoting to higher ranking in organisation. all these lead to stress and alot of commitment. it tired them out and they cant pull out.

I thought I didn’t want to be a personal trainer anymore cos of the silent judgment I felt when I told others what I do. Started a “stable office job” and never felt so lost. Now I’m picking up PT again and feel more fulfilled already 🥰
