It doesn’t have a good feeling about it, but at the same time the supply of food efficiently to millions of people is quite amazing and obviously depends on these approaches. At a small scale with an ancient seed bank it would be ideal to have smaller communities growing their own nutrient rich food, but when you have huge populations living in cities, then it’s logistically Impossible. It has to be made elsewhere, transported quickly without rotting, packaged and refrigerated in highly efficient large scale systems.
