Its looks like Bakwan in Indonesia but we add carrots & bean sprout. But in Korea, the same like in ur country but they dont have sauce only use chili sauce & mayonaise

I'm allergic to seafood, so I usually swap it for beef slices or veggies only. For my daughter's okonomiyaki, though, I'll add sausages, shrimp, and fish balls. I use takoyaki's flour
