No dear. I’d take her to a hospital. The quicker she’s seen by a pulmonologist, the sooner she will get better. If this is pneumonia, it could be severe because she’s been sick for 4 months now. I’d definitely take her to a children’s hospital and demand to see a pulmonologist.

Our AC malfunctioned a brand new system long story short the emergency valve didn’t shut if off and water was building up in the duct work and I kept smelling something well it wound up we called a restoration company in and they did a humidity test I had like 90% humidity the water went stagnant was blowing mold spores it was a mess. You can buy like a $20 little humidity test it should be like 60% or less it’ll read it if you think that may be something to check. Good luck

I work as a Physician Assistant in pulmonary medicine and primarily see adults. Please go to a children’s ED and demand a pulmonologist to see your sweet baby girl. This is absolutely necessary!!

Pneumonia isn’t supposed to be diagnosed via auscultation alone…an X-ray should be done to confirm!!

First thing I thought of is CF when I saw that first video! I know someone who was diagnosed at 20 years old because all of her symptoms were always related back to chemotherapy she had as a baby for leukemia, including diabetes and nasal polyps! She’s thriving now! I hope you find answers!

They should have given you a nebulizer and a steroid. My son has asthma and we got a nebulizer before he was 1.

My son has delt with this as well! He kept getting pneumonia over and over. We went to pulmonologist and they started him on a couple inhalers to see what will work for him we tried symbicort and many others. I hope your daughter just needs the right inhaler to help her! My son has been on advair with his allergy meds daily and it’s helped him so much no more pneumonia. But he sounded just like this for over 2 years battling it!
