I stop drinking around 1.30pm and get a bottle of water to sip in the show when I'm in the venue - at my age the bladder has to be tamed hard!

Ahhh that’s how you do it 😏I always wondered bc I just came back from a concert and in 2hrs I went 3 times.My bladder woukd let me down hig time 😂😂.I go for seated nowadays
