Someone asked what I ate last night after training🧑‍🍳 24 Eggs  Cherry tomato 🍅  Crème Cheese over the top  Red Onion  Salt + Pepper Now I’m not saying to eat this and you will be like me (a good amount of protein does favour muscle mass)! Eating is a big topic I could go on for days talking about the perspectives but the most important thing you need to learn is HOW TO EAT FOR YOU! In a way that complements whatever your goal is. For some it’s bulking up, for some maintaining and for some cutting. For me right now I’m focusing on putting lean muscle mass on and eggs are my main protein source to help with the development. This looks like a boring meal but when I have this food after training it’s like my body thanks me! What has me the way I am is a lot of different things… some uncontrollable like genetics but to some degree you have to make the best out of what you’re given…I put a lot of work in to my mind my body and my eating! When you put them in balance you will get results there is no doubt about that.  When I wasn’t as big I had to learn how to eat properly and learn how to eat big. It all comes back to simple principles done again and again.
