🥰We loved each other, that much was clear. From the start, it felt like something special, something that should’ve worked. But as much as we tried, life kept getting in the way. There were things beyond us — situations, timing, everything that just didn’t line up. And no matter how hard we held on, it wasn’t enough. We wanted it to work, but wanting wasn’t the same as being able to make it happen.
We did everything we could to hold onto what we had. I kept thinking that if we just waited a little longer or pushed a little harder, maybe things would change. Maybe we’d find a way to make it all fit. But it wasn’t about not trying. We were pulled in different directions, and no matter how much we loved each other, life was taking us on separate paths. It felt like we were stuck in a cycle, hoping for something that couldn’t be.🥰
Remember me for faster sign in
Letting go wasn’t easy. It wasn’t because the love faded, but because we both knew it wasn’t working the way it should. There were so many moments where it felt like everything was slipping through our fingers, not because we wanted it to, but because it had to. We couldn’t force things to stay together when everything around us was falling apart. It’s hard to accept that love alone can’t fix everything.
Even though we’ve gone our separate ways, I still hope we find each other again. I hope there’s a time when our lives line up, when we don’t have to fight against the world just to be together. When that time comes, I want us to love out loud — without fear, without holding back. But for now, we have to live with what is, not what could have been.
We didn’t let go because we wanted to. We let go because we had to. And even though it hurts, there’s a part of me that still believes our story isn’t over. Maybe one day, our paths will cross again, and this time, we’ll be able to love the way we always wanted to.
Maybe one day, we’ll find our way back to each other, when the timing is right and everything falls into place.
