Same experience. All three. Headway, Sondermind, and Bitterhelp. They’re all the same. No customer support. I’ve heard they’re all owned by the insurance companies. 🤠👍

I actually don’t care for headway. I’m in a group practice that is on headway and Alma. Headway constantly messes up billing, verifying insurance, etc.

On the client side…headway tried to charge my credit card for ridiculous amounts. Not the amounts my therapist charged & i couldn’t pay the copay. And then headway said they couldn’t bill my insurance unless I gave them my credit card.
