365 days ago I got my heart broken😔 It completely broke me. I lived through the longest, hardest days of my life. I felt pain I did not know existed. I grieved someone who is very much still alive. I lost every sense of who I believed I was. I had to start over completely. But then, somewhere along the way, I rebuilt. I moved into a space that was totally my own. I made friends that I will have forever. I reflected on who I was and who I want to be. I rebranded by business. I invested in my health. I started sleeping without medication for the first time in years. I poured all that energy back into myself. Over the last year, I became someone who I love. Someone who I’m proud of. The version of me that was shattered this time last year would be in disbelief at the woman she would soon become. I’m so grateful for every one of the last 365 days.
