I don't think I would say anything to my daughter regarding the situation. dna are not, that's my child, but I would at least let my ex-wife know because she's gonna need it for the child. If any medical thing happened, she needs that information for the child.

My stepdad found this out about his oldest. He did tell her but she was in her 30s so they’d already had a lifetime together. It did impact the relationship negatively so idk that he would tell her if he could do it over. They’re still close and repairing it but she pulled away from him initially 💔
