No exceptions on NDAs for Public Officials. I wouldn't accept that as it's written now. They need to change that. Also, Data Centers often make big claims & promises about water infrastructure, building plans for closed/open water loops, and then once ground is broken on construction they come back & say they plans need to change for "unforeseen reasons" and they do the banned things anyways & stick resisents with the bill. Push harder for no new data centers.
